Here’s the thing – building a green snacking board has never been easier when you pair it with our new dips. With dairy-free Green Goddess Dip, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Green Harissa Dip and Tzatziki Dip, there’s always a complementary dipping partner.
You’ll Need:
- Cucumbers
- Shishito Peppers
- Granny Smith Apples
- Celery
- Green Tomatoes
- Snap Peas
- Green Grapes
- Edamame
- Castelvetrano Olives
- Gotham Greens Romaine
- Crackers (bonus points if they are green!)
- And Gotham Greens Dips, of course
Instructions
To get the timing right and make assembly that much easier, start with the items that need oven time. Toss the shishito peppers with EVOO and coarse kosher salt, then sauté in cast iron skillet for 5-7 minutes. Roast edamame in the oven to your liking. Pop off the top of our Spinach Artichoke Dip, top with cheese and heat in oven.
Once it’s time to assemble, grab your largest serving board. Lay out your dips and build the snacking items around them.
