Dressed-Up Green Goddess Salad Kit

Our Green Goddess Salad Kit is already fresh and delicious, but we’re adding shaved brussels sprouts, pomegranate, and parmesan cheese to take it to a next-level holiday side salad. This no-cooking-required recipe comes together in minutes.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 Gotham Greens Green Goddess Salad Kit container 
  • ¼ pound brussels sprouts, thinly sliced (about 1-½ cups thinly sliced brussels sprouts) 
  • Arils from ½ pomegranate, or 1 cup  
  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese 
  • 1 bottle Gotham Greens Green Goddess Dressing  

Directions:  

  1. To slice brussels sprouts, you can slice by hand or shorten your prep time by using the disc blade attachment for your food processor. 
  2. In a large serving bowl, combine the crispy green leaf lettuce (tearing into bite-sized pieces) and toppings from the salad kit. Top with shredded brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds and parmesan cheese. Drizzle with our Green Goddess Dressing. If you prefer a well-dressed salad, pick up a bottle of our Green Goddess Dressing to enhance the salad kit contents.
