We’re proud to call Seagoville, Texas home, just 20 miles from downtown Dallas. Our new greenhouse is 210,000 square feet (about 5 acres!) and is full of fresh leafy greens and herbs. This is our 13th greenhouse nationwide, bringing our total footprint to more than 40 acres (1.8 million square feet) across nine U.S. states.

Our Texas greenhouse is running on the latest climate-control technology, data science, and automation, allowing our team of plant experts to grow more greens than ever — using fewer natural resources.
We’re excited to introduce a full line of locally grown, pesticide-free, non-GMO salad greens and herbs, including Lone Star Crunch lettuce. We’ve also introduced a new line of fresh, convenient salad kits, available in three of our favorite flavors: Southwest Ranch (of course), Caesar, and Green Goddess.
Always in Season
Agriculture is a huge part of the economy in Texas, which leads the U.S. in total number of farms and ranches. Our Texas greenhouse is an example of what comes next as we face ongoing extreme weather events and increased risk of drought. Our indoor farm creates the ideal conditions for plants to thrive, which means you can get fresh, sustainably grown greens year-round – no matter the season or weather (we’re looking at you, snow on the ground in Dallas).
